Mrs. Angela Clouse

Mrs. Angela Clouse has been serving as a school administrator since 2017 and brings over 26 years of experience in education at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Prior to becoming an administrator, she was a dedicated classroom teacher in both the public school system and DoWEA, teaching in Arizona and Florida before joining DoWEA in 2010 at Lakenheath Middle School, RAF Lakenheath in the United Kingdom. There, she taught English Language Arts and AVID and served in multiple leadership roles that contributed to student achievement, including the school’s recognition as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in 2013.

Mrs. Clouse began her administrative career at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where she served as Assistant Principal at Kimberly Hampton Primary School in 2017. She later served as Assistant Principal at Albritton Middle School in 2019 before returning to Kimberly Hampton Primary School as Principal in 2021.

She earned her undergraduate degree in English from Morehead State University in Kentucky, a Master of Arts in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, and an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Mrs. Clouse is the proud spouse of a retired United States Air Force veteran, and all three of her children attended DoWEA schools. Mrs. Clouse understands firsthand the unique challenges and rewards of being part of a military-connected community.

She is deeply committed to building strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community, ensuring every child receives an excellent education in a supportive and respectful environment. Having served military-connected families both in the United States and overseas, Mrs. Clouse is honored to serve as principal of West Point Elementary School and is excited to lead and support its continued tradition of excellence.
